Lake Nokoué is a lake in southern Benin. It is 20 km wide and 11 km long and is located at 6°26′00″N 2°27′00″E / 6.4333333°N 2.45°E / 6.4333333; 2.45, north of Cotonou. On the northern edge is the famous water town of Ganvié. Lake is an important site for the birds.
